Eric J. Sidebotham, Attorneys-at-Law, APC (EJS-Law) is a Silicon Valley premier litigation law firm that represents corporations and individuals in challenging civil disputes. EJS-Law was founded in 2004, and since that time has scored several substantial victories for clients in matters ranging from eight-figure international disputes to resolution of low-dollar-but-big-concern cases.

Substantively, we represent clients in patent, copyright, trade secret, trademark, employment, breach of contract, and commercial landlord-tenant cases. We also represent clients in other types of cases and matters, including trademark prosecution with the United States Patent and Trademark Office, copyright registration, corporate formation, reviewing contracts and counseling clients in various business transactions.
